The brief
Harbour Physio is a fictional clinic with three physiotherapists. Their website looked fine but didn’t explain treatments, and the phone was busy exactly when people tried to book — first thing and after work.
What we designed
What it is, who it’s for, what a first visit looks like and what it costs — with the practitioner who does it.
A persistent “Book an appointment” button that goes straight to the right practitioner’s availability.
Answers new-patient questions, books and reschedules, and passes anything clinical to the team as a message.
The receptionist
“Hi, you’ve reached Harbour Physio. I’m the clinic’s virtual receptionist — I can book, move an appointment or take a message.”

This is a concept for a fictional business, so there are no real customers or numbers behind it. When client projects go live, this is where we’ll share what changed — only with their permission.
