These terms cover your use of this website, run by Bellbyrd Studio. Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written proposal and agreement, which takes priority over anything on this site.

Information on this site

We work hard to keep this site accurate, but it is general information, not advice tailored to your business. Prices, timelines and inclusions are confirmed in writing in your proposal.

Concept projects

Projects labelled “Concept” are designs for fictional businesses, created to show our approach. Any resemblance to a real business is unintended. They are not client work and make no claims about results.

Calculators, self-checks and demos

The missed-call calculator and website self-check produce estimates from the numbers and answers you enter. They are not forecasts or promises. Demo calls are scripted examples, not recordings of real calls.

Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this website belong to Bellbyrd Studio. You’re welcome to share links to it; please don’t copy it wholesale.

We may link to other websites. We aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Liability
